Fees
Fees are based on a sliding scale 150 - 250 and are due from the client at the time of service.
Insurance
My billing service will submit claims on your behalf. You will be listed as the payee, and checks will be sent to you by your insurance company at a rate determined by your specific plan.
Payment
Clients are responsible for payment of the fees they chose. Insurance is billed at 250 per session, and generally pays some percentage based on the 'allowable sum'. I suggest you call your insurance company to find out what they pay.
Note
Fees are due from the client at the time of service. Insurance claims will be paid to you by your insurance company.
